Insta HMS is provided in two modes:

Hosted model:
This is meant for smaller hospitals. The data is hosted by Insta at very reliable 3rd party data center. Our application and the data can be accessed through a web browser. The hospital need not invest in IT Server and need not have to worry on back-ups. The application software is maintained by us remotely. In case of hosted model, we collect monthly rentals for using our software and for hosting their data.

Licence Model:
For larger hospitals, we offer our software as a licence model only. The reason is that these hospitals have IT resources to manage the IT application and also back up facilities. We are open to offering our solution as a Licence Model for smaller hospital also.

You access the HMS through Internet

No need for any local server and no headaches of backups or data losses

If one PC is down, just replace it with another PC

You pay monthly rental for use of software

Facility to remotely access the hospital data through Internet from anywhere

Secure access to your HMS application through 128 bit encryption and digital certificates

License Model

Data and application is hosted at the server of hospital

No dependence on Internet for operation

Insta maintains and bug-fixes the software through Internet improving speed of response

You licence the HMS through one-time payment and pay AMC every year

You take care of all backups and installation of software if server goes down

Optional remote backup: This is another easier facility we are providing to reduce your burden of backups of your system.
