Basic
The basic module helps in registration, billing, preparing discharge summary, pharmacy management and report generation.
Registration:
Our registration system allows hospitals to give unique registration number to each patient. The registration number is permanent number for the patient and will remain the same throughout the life of the patient. |

Billing:
Our billing system helps tracking every billable action right from the time a patient is registered to the time of leaving the hospital. It also helps in knowing the type of bill and the bill status. All receipts to the hospital are also captured here. It helps you to monitor the dues from patients, and insurance companies and corporates. |

Discharge summary:
Our discharge summary captures the details of the patients and recommendations from the doctors. We have provision of creating pre-defined templates which can be customized according to the needs of the doctor. We allow as many types of discharge summaries as you want. For example you can have individual discharge summary templates for normal delivery, caesarean delivery, knee replacement, angiography, etc. |

Pharmacy:
Our pharmacy module takes care of all retail and hospital sales of pharmacy items. It also takes care of purchase orders, stock entries, stock adjustments, inventory management etc. We allow multiple pharmacy counters (like at wards, OTs) and track the stocks and issues at every place. |

EMR :
Our EMR application provides doctors and patients with access to the patient’s medical records at all time over the internet. This enables doctors to access Patient Information details and Patient Medical records online at anytime and anywhere |

Reports:
We provide very exhaustive list of reports for the hospital. We organize our reports as dashboard reports, revenue reports, trend reports and custom reports. The dashboard reports give hospital performance status for any specific period. Revenue reports let you analyse the revenue of the hospital under various categories. We can also export many of the reports to Excel spreadsheet for easier analysis by your accountants. |

Advanced
The advanced version has features like IP services, insurance, payments,inventory.
Payments:
It captures all payments that the hospital makes to doctors and referral doctor. The payments are categorized into patient type, type of charges etc which helps in analysis. Also it tracks payments to be made to suppliers. |

Insurance:
It helps in claims settlement with Corporates, TPAs or insurance companies. We have predefined templates according to the needs of various TPA's and hence the insurance settlement process becomes easier and faster. Complete claims processing by splitting the patient bill into portions that will be paid by insurance company and by the patient is provided.

Inventory:
It helps in managing and distributing the medical and non-medical materials by tracking the various consumption points in the hospital. It also takes care of purchase orders, stock entries, stock adjustments, inventory management etc. |

Interface to Tally:
We provide interface to Tally ERP 9 software and post revenue details from HMS into Tally directly as per the needs of the hospital. |

It has features like Roster Management, Blood Bank, Diet and Nutrition, Scheduler, Business Analytics, Patient Analytics.
Rooster Management:
This helps in scheduling the working hours for the nurses and staff to administer patient care by taking into account the work load. |

Blood bank:
It handles all the processes involved in issuing and receiving of blood by blood bank.
It caters to all transactions like donor record and blood stock management. |

Diet and Nutrition:
It helps the dietician to prescribe diets by taking into account the medical records. At the same time it helps the hospital kitchen to give the diet as prescribed by the dietician. The process of diet scheduling becomes easier with the diet module. |

Scheduler:
This module helps in scheduling the time for various activities of the hospitals. One can schedule times of consultants, surgeons, etc. It also allows for booking of time slots for surgeries through advance booking for OT rooms and hospital equipment. We also have facility for patients to book and check their schedules through Internet. We have facility for SMS alerts for follow up visits and alerts in case their appointments get cancelled or postponed for any reason. |

Provides an interface to communicate and share data with doctors who referred the patient. It is useful when two or more doctors are involved in diagnosing and treating a patient. |
